Quality Management System

MCCL has an established Integrated quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management System. It has obtained ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 certificates in 2009, valid up to 2012 from Indian Register Quality systems. The scope of certification is Design, Manufacture, Marketing and Supply of PVC, XLPE, Elastomer Electric Cables up to 1200 deg C & Voltage grade up to 13.8 KV. Quality Assurance Organization, key personnel and their positions in overall management structure is well defined.

Quality Control

We work on the basis of the client/consultant approved drawings, tehcnical data sheets, and QA plan. We have set up a sophisticated testing laboratory where stringent tests on each and every product are conducted in conformation to the various National and International Standards. Our products are ISI marked and we hold license for BIS 694, 1554, 7098 & 9968. We have latest testing equipment to carry out Routine, Acceptance & Type tests including FRLS test for testing up to 13.8 KV for rubber Cables and 1.1 KV for PVC & XLPE Cables. Besides, our products can be inspected prior to the final dispatch by customer/clients/third parties viz. MECON, ABS, BVS, IRS, LLYOD'S, RITES, PDIL, etc. Our test instruments are calibrated through a NABL approved lab, instrument list is reviewed and checked randomly and type tests performed on cables for the benefit of customer. Proper safety precautions are taken on the shop floor.

Our Infrastructural Set-Up

When the company initially started its operations, it was based at Sector 6 in Noida. In the year 2003, we shifted our base to C-23, Site C, Surajpur Industrial Area (Greater Noida) providing a working area of 7200 sq. mtrs, while retaining the Head Office and Sales Division at B-41, Sector 6, Noida. Possessing a large set-up, we are able to strategically and systematically execute all the manufacturing operations with great efficiency. Our set-up comprises different departments such as designing unit, manufacturing unit, quality testing lab, R&D facility, and adequate warehouse & material handling facility. Each  unit is fully integrated with latest technology machines and material handling equipment, which enable us to meet the urgent requirements of our clients with case. Further, there is proper traceability and identification for raw material, Suppliers are periodically evaluated on the basis of their performance with quality and delivery.

Another major part of our infrastructure besides the manufacturing facilities, is our dexterous and innovative team. Comprising industry' leading professional such as engineers, quality controllers, technocrats, and other experts, the team serves as the backbone of the company. Our team members work in close coordination with each other as well as the clients in trying to understand the requirements and in accomplishing them.
